Lake Villanow is a subdivision in Lee County North Carolina. Lake Villanow is Southwest of Sanford in the Pocket area of Lee County. Lake Villanow is built around a 30 acre lake and a smaller 4 acre lake. Lake Villanow was developed in the late 1980s, with approximately 80 lots which range in size from 1.5 acres to over 5 acres. Lake Villanow is a popular and exclusive subdivision and very few undeveloped lots remain. Houses vary in style but typically have brick exteriors with well over 2500 square feet of living area.From December of 2005 through January of 2007, seven homes sold in Lake Villanow. The prices ranged from $289,900 to $555,000 with an average price of $369,000.

Lot sizes range from just over 0.4 acres to over an acre with the average lot being around 1/2 acre. There are approximately 200 home sites within West Landing. An approximately 4 acre lake is available for use by residents. Homes in West Landing have been built by a variety of custom builders and encompass a wide range of styles including ranch, cape cod, and two story homes. Construction types include vinyl siding, stone, brick, and stucco.From December of 2005 through January of 2007, 36 homes were sold in West Landing.
