I feel a good Realtor focuses on their client. My motto is Sanford NC Homes and Real Estate ‘Taylored’ for you! I will strive to listen to you and then tailor my services to best meet your needs.
Some examples of things I have done for clients include:
- I have pre-viewed homes for out-of area clients and sent them extra photos so they could narrow down their list of homes to see when they arrived.
- Looked up tax information and sent maps from the county GIS system to clients.
- Attended inspections for clients who could not attend.
- Obtained repair estimates for clients and coordinated repairs.
- Provided market analysis of homes for buyers so they get a better idea of what a home they are interested in is worth.
- I take many, many photos of listings for my sellers and then post the best ones to the MLS system. I also post the listings with several other websites.
- The list could go on and on but you get the idea - I try my best to help clients meet their needs and wishes. It isn’t about me - it is about my clients!
