Lake Villanow is built around a 30 acre lake and a smaller 4 acre lake. Lake Villanow was developed in the late 1980s, with approximately 80 lots which range in size from 1.5 acres to over 5 acres. Lake Villanow is a popular and exclusive subdivision and very few undeveloped lots remain. Houses vary in style but typically have brick exteriors with well over 2500 square feet of living area.From December of 2005 through January of 2007, seven homes sold in Lake Villanow. The prices ranged from $289,900 to $555,000 with an average price of $369,000.
