Broadway is a small community of just over 1,000 that is about 8 miles southeast of Sanford, and a short distance to the Coty plant. Broadway is a quiet community that prides itself as “Mayberry Incarnate“.Underwood currently has about 40 lots but an additional tract of land is reserved for future development. Lots in Underwood range from 1/3 to over 1 acre with the average lot being about 1/2 acre.
