Thomas Place is a new subdivision in Broadway, NC. Broadway is a small community of just over 1,000 that is about 8 miles southeast of Sanford and near the Coty plant. Broadway is a quiet community that prides itself as “Mayberry Incarnate“. Thomas Place is near the heart of Broadway, just down the street from the caution light, post office, and town hall.Thomas Place is a relatively small development with about 30 lots ranging from 1/3 of an acre to over an acre. The first homes were built in 2000 and lots are still available. A range of different homes have been built from modest ranch style homes to larger cape cod and two story homes. Some lots are flat with crawlspace foundations and others are sloped with daylight basements.Between January 2005 and January 2007, eight homes sold in Thomas Place.
